Superb

We booked a stay at The Graduate Hotel Eugene for a concert and couldn't have been more pleased.

The Graduate offers top-notch amenities like a clean and modern design, helpful staff, and a convenient location. A real gem in the heart of Eugene!

The only downside is the noise level from the street outside, but overall, it's a great place to stay.

OK place, not great. Guests are generally ignored and food is overpriced as is parking.

The breakfast is at a coffee place downstairs that has little choice and charges more than what it is worth. It does not have good seating, and really is fast food at 3x the price.

Parking in this small town is atrocious and the charges to park mimic big cities. It is not the money, but it just seems like a grab for all the extra dollars they can get (usually from parents visiting their children in university there...). My room was never made up ...

The location is convenient, but the extra charges for everything are ridiculous.

Breakfast was an additional charge. That seems pretty silly considering the prices of the rooms. There is also an additional fee of $22 per day of parking, which ends at noon, so if you are in a conference until 3:00 you will end up paying ANOTHER $22 for 3 hours of parking.

Extra charges for things that are normally included in a hotel stay, especially a hotel of this caliber.

Style over substance.

Really nicely designed, good location, and friendly staff.

Walls are paper thin. Could hear the people next door talking, not shouting, just talking until 1:30am. Room was incredibly stuffy with no way to get any fresh air in. Room didnt seem that it had been thoroughly cleaned.
