The Guy opening the door was friendly.

The room was very warm and smelly when we entered, since the airco isnt too strong it took a while for the room to cool down. We arrived a lil early and had to wait till 2 for the room which is fine. When it was 2 we still had to wait. We could enter the room at 14:40. We reserved a room with a kingsize bed, however the room wasnt ready and if we wanted it we had to wait another half hour. Eventually we took a room with single beds. The day after we couldnt enter the room cause sonething was wrong about the keycard scanner and had to wait again for half an hour. Mediocre experience to be honest.

Comfortable and convenient

Close to the Ayala Center and a popular lechon restaurant. The room was a decent size and comfortable. Breakfast was filling but could benefit from more fruit options.

There was a window in the bathroom so it could get quite hot and stuffy during the day if the bathroom. door was kept closed.

Good

The hotel was good but was deeply disappointed with fees charged for the van for cebu city tour. The guide Mr Darwin was good but the cost of the van arranged by the hotel for 2-3 hours was very high. Rest all very good.

The van from hotel for city tour was very costly that gave us a bad experience. Rest was ok
