Shopping malls were close

The sheets had blood stain, the towels smelled bad when we got to the room, the bathroom was dirty and the walls were super thin and we had terribly loud neighbors who were making noise all day and night so we couldnt sleep well

in the middle of the city. everythings nearby but not too expensive. suitable for solo or couple traveller.

nothing. but the housekeepers in the morning were talking quite loud and cause a bit of disturbance.

Cleanliness of the toilet is bad. Bed was comfy, had good night sleep. Just shocked that we found a single bedbug on the

Center of Bukit Bintang. All the shopping malls were at walking distance.

Room and toilet floor were dirty, hair fall all over. Had an experience with bedbug.

Room too small & tights. Feeling stuffy inside the room. Mirror not fix in proper area. Bathroom better to have door glass to avoid water from flowing out .

Great Location and very nice and kind staff

The dampness in the room. The rooms are very damp and unclean. A lot of black mould in the showers and very bad ventilation.

Good but...

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The location is fantastic, and the management is cooperative. They changed my room after I complained.

Although I enjoyed my stay, some maintenance issues are becoming more evident. The common areas need to be cleaned better. The carpet appears filthy. AC is not on in the corridors making them very stuffy. The rooms need to be cleaned better as well. Some of them need to be repainted.

everythings nearby and walking distance. the hotel itself is clean. prepare some cash for deposit before you check in. hope can change the songs in the lobby because everytime i came its always the same song hahaha

nothing. but the electric box in my room making a bit noise that can be annoying sometimes

Great location.

Very good location, female reception staff we encountered was always friendly. Lobby was comfortable and had a nice fragrance, it was comfortable to wait in.

Would appreciate a mini fridge in the room. The room/bathroom was quite small and it might be difficult to navigate if you are a larger-sized person or have a lot of luggage. Doors close loudly and it interrupted our sleep. Please look into dampening the sound.
