Lovely bar and restaurant staff.

Dirty plates and glass in restaurant. Very dirty and smelly carpet on corridor. Very poor entertainment for kids and adults. Very bad organisation in restaurant.

this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The reception staff behave more like prison guards than customer service professionals, they are rude and aggressive to the point of threatening guests.

Hard to get a sun lounger, the flow of the lines for all-inclusive food doesn't work and the plastic cups you get for an all-inclusive beer are tiny.

Generally, satisfied and liked the place

Price / quality ratio was ok. The location of the place is very good - in walking distance from the beach, city center and bus station. The outside swimming pool and facilities were good, especially for the kids. The food was decent, with a variety of sea food, fish and Spanish specialties. The cleaning ladies on our floor (1 floor) were doing the magic - they thoroughly cleaned the room and made the hotel a better place to stay.

The hotel furniture and facilities are a bit old and worn out, but it didnt bother me much. I would wish though a better management of the outside area around the pool - people were placing their towels on the chaise longues around the pool early in the morning trying to ensure their place, but they were not using it! And guests like myself who wanted to use the pool for some time during the day had difficulties finding a free spot, as everything was occupied. I cant do anything about the ignorant behavior of others, but I wish more interference from the side of the hotel.
