Disappointing

the employees ruin the hotel especially the reception employees and the pool employee

the location of the hotel was good. you are near the beach

the staff here is very unfriendly. they don't know what hospitality is. The reception takes a long time to check in and if you asked for something you received an angry response. My partner also speaks Spanish and they were gossiping about us. the man from the pool is also very unfriendly and shouts at you like you are a dog. We came to the pool with our own food and drinks, but that was not allowed. it has a bad reputation and the gentleman immediately started attacking us. I have never experienced this unpleasant experience. The hotel is basically good but the employees are really nasty. and they don't know what hostpitality means.

We booked extra night and in the morning cleaner was very rude, knocking at the door 9.50 am and showed she is not happy to wait until 10am. Rest of the staff was very good.

Can't understand the negative reviews

We stayed for a week on a bed and breakfast basis. We could not understand the negative reviews as we were very happy with the hotel, staff, location and our breakfast. The facilities were excellent.

Our only negative was that the swimming pool was cold.

we didnt pay a lot so was good value for money if you just wanted somewhere to sleep

clean rooms. location was good. close to the beach and restaurants.

not a big enough pool area. there were rarely sunloungers. no tea and coffee in rooms. pool tables were out of use

Ok

The location was very good, close to the beach. Some of the staff was kind and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Naty, the cleaning lady on our 6th floor, she is amazing at doing her job, hardworking and always smiling. When she was not on duty and there were other ladies you could tell it wasn't her. Restaurant staff nice too.

There were some bad points too like the elevator problem, really really bad. We were told dinner is from 19 to 20 o clock, so we couldn't stay more on the beach , although we heard some people say that restaurant was open until 22. The dining room should be a lot bigger so it can fit all people without having to stay in a line, also there were people who skipped the line. Water costs 3 if you don't have all inclusive.
