The Hotel was just just perfect for our needs

The Hotel staff were very attentive but not over powering, The Breakfast team were the best I have ever experienced I did find the manager on our last morning to complement his team.

I cant think of anything that is worth writing about it was a very well run hotel.

Comfortable rooms - great location for visiting Ghent for 2 days.

Perfect location. Step right outside into the main part of the village. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had the Jr. suite with non-working fireplace - it was a room with more character than your average hotel room.

Great stay, location, and city!

Excellently located, nice big room with superb view over the city center, definitely worth the extra costs for the view. No street-noise in room. Breakfast was tasty and well organized. We enjoyed the car-free city center of Gent, nicely decorated for Christmas, with lots of things to see and do, and shop. We parked our car in Center Parking (10-minute walk) for a very reasonable 24,- for the weekend. The two parkings closer by the hotel were both full on the Friday evening of our arrival. All in all we had a great weekend, very enjoyable!

No accessible stairways, only emergency, so you have to take the elevator (which is fast so that is not an issue). In-bath showering, this I find a bit cumbersome. Other than that, the room and bathroom were modern and well maintained.
