Actually there was no internet at first for a few hours , there was no garbage bin in the room , there was no towel at bathroom,

The price was so expensive but facilities were so bad.

Superb

Perfect place to break the season of long nights in the North Europe.

Very nice hotel, with big pool area and backyard. Breakfast has wast choice of different options. Bit far from center - but it is walk-able.

Tired dated hotel thrown together

Weather made holiday enjoyable Spa was enjoyable but expensive (Spa is separate to hotel) Golf was expensive (Golf resort is separate to hotel)

Reception staff are hostile, probably sick of guests complaining Food in restaurant not 4* standard. Christmas Day dinner was shockingly poor. Evening entertainment is poor, same magic show on 3 nights during stay No Kettle in apartment (20 deposit to get one) NO courtesy bus to beach which was a 20/30 minute walk away Children play are cold and uninviting

Lack of cleanliness. The balcony in front of the suite was full of cigarette's butts. The windows were awfully dirty.

Large rooms. Good pools. Wonderful, very friendly staff especially to kids. Thanks especially to Francisco who made dinnertime a lot of fun for my little boy.
