Amazing sea view, comfortable stay

A family-run chalets, beautiful chalets built on the hill overlooking the sea, waking up to the sea view is breathtaking. We do not expect much facilities as it is a small resort, but comfy enough for our stay in Nusa Penida.

Getting to the resort is not an easy route, we rented a bike and have to drive through narrow rocky roads to reach the resort.

Amazing view from all bungalows! Waking up to the view of the ocean and Bali in the distance! A great beach with white sand and beautiful snorkeling is walking distance (steep way), as well as a great restaurant (with a pool). Would definitely recommend!

Was a huge struggle sleeping on the bed, as even the slightest movement made squeaking, impossible to share the bed, so much noise! There is also no isolation under/above the door, so all the insects and sometimes lizards make their way in, especially in the evening when the lights are on inside, so beware

Really nice place when you need to outcast yourself from everything. The scooter here is a must- without it youre liter

- room was specious and well equipped, - beautiful window view - the owners are super friendly and helpful

- location- very far from everything and literally felt like countryside - the road to the beach (Gamat Bay) very steep and vertical which makes the beach very hard to reach

Its a lovely place run by a local family, they are always there trying to help and giving recommendations. The view from the room is amazing, you can easily walk to a very nice and quiet beach. I highly recommend if you want to rest and spend some days out of the busy part of nusa

Everything was perfect. The view was stunning and the homestay itself was very beautiful and welcoming. There was a homey feeling that we really loved. The staff was kind, amazing and very helpful. They organised transportation for us, offered great communication before our arrival and made us feel very welcomed. Especially Ayu (sorry if Im writing it incorrectly) gave us a very warm welcome and was very positive and helpful.

The breakfast was warm and nice and prepared on the spot (which we liked) but it was not big enough. Each of us could only choose one of the options that they offer (one item) so we left the table not feeling full

The host was really nice and helpful. The view was amazing, and it was so calm and relaxing. the bed was big and comfortable. They gave me a nice scooter and there was no problem at all in booking taxis or having the kew at a late time.

The bathroom was quite dirty and old. The sink was so small and the shower was uncomfortable having to shower next to the toilet. I know this how it works in Bali but wasn't a comfortable bathroom. The road to the homestay is really really bumpy as many reviews said, and its totally true so in the evening it is quite annoying to arrive with the scooter, but as long as you drive slow it's ok. Just a bit far from main places.

Stunning setting - beautiful grounds - wonderful bedroom that is beautifully presented - gorgeous tree house to relax and enjoy the epic seascape

Access to making tea would have been nice and the breakfast was limited for those with any gluten intolerance

Superb

I love the view. Place was very quiet and relaxing. Ayu has been very attentive and an excellent cook. The fried noodles and fried rice she cooked for us was very tasty amd much better than the expensive one we bought from the restaurant nearby. Our driver Putu for the West tour was also very good. Overall we had a great experience.

Aircon was working but wouldn't go cooler even after setting it to 18 degrees. Maybe needs filter-change or cleaning.
