Not a good option for families with children

Location was good - close to the beach, to the bus station and 10 minutes walk to the main square.

Dinner was poor, not the best choice for families. Also the towels were gray.

Great location, clean rooms, but not worth the price

Hotel is on the great location, close to the beach and close to the city centre, yet in the relatively quiet area. Room was clean, towels were changed every 2 days, bed sheets every 4 days. Terrace had a nice view, although you can hear traffic and music from the outside if you open balcony doors. WiFi has a good signal, although requires login everyday. Hotel provided a link for booking airport transfer which was very convenient.

On the last day, we asked if we can get extra 30 minutes after checkout time (so, 12:30 instead of 12:00). They said it's not possible and that we have to be precise. So in that case, we can also be precise with our feedback: - air condition in the room has a bad smell whenever turned on - during the first night we had a constant light from the wardrobe which we couldn't switch off manually, we needed to ask at the reception the following day - breakfast didn't offer a lot of options and variety - everyday 95% is the same, and the quality of food is not something you'd expect from a 4-star hotel - beach towels we got from the hotel (with deposit of 10 Euros per towel) are old - looks like they've been previously used as bathroom towels. They're white, worn out, and not very large - toiletries in the bathroom are cheap ones, and we didn't get refill during our stay. We only got additional hand soap on the 9th day of our stay - shower head has a problem with randomly changing water temperature - water gets hot or cold during the shower - small TV screen with very limited number of channels Overall, for the price we paid and with the official rating of 4 stars, we expected much more. We were able to compare this hotel to Margadina Lounge (just 2 minutes away) where our friends stayed at the same time and which is rated with 3 stars - they have better rooms, much better breakfast (and other meals), high quality beach towels (they provide 2 per guest), all of that for half of the price we paid here.

Fantastic

Very good location... very close to the center (a few minutes on foot). 5 minutes to a beautiful sandy beach... a public transport stop right next to the hotel... you can travel around the coast by bus or you can rent a motor bike right next to the hotel. The hotel also has a fantastic, clean swimming pool. It was never crowded. We spent a lot of time there with our daughters. And above all, very nice personel... the owners are fantastic and helpful. We felt at home.

I highly recommend Gaia Sun N Blue Hotel for anyone looking for a stay in Aia Napa.

Gaia Sun N Blue Hotel definitely impressed me. It is situated in a great location in Aia Napa, so getting around was super easy. The municipal beach being just a 5-minute walk away was a major plus for me no need for long treks or car rides to enjoy the sea. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Cleanliness was on point and everything you'd expect to find in a good hotel room was there. The reception team was super helpful throughout my stay; and a big shoutout to Olesia, standing out for her friendly approach. I also want to give special credit to the Managing Director, Petros, who apparently pours his heart and soul into the hotel. His dedication to maintaining a high standard of service and his genuine care for the well-being of his guests really set Gaia Sun N Blue Hotel apart. Thank you to the entire team for making my vacation relaxing and memorable!

Poor

Not worth of money that i paid for.

The stuff is very polite, cleaning was also really good.

The halls on every flor sometimes smell like yeast. Air condition had constantly released strange smell also like yeast. You are not aloud to bring the people or friends in you room. Not even or a visit. That was the most humiliating experience in my life. For so expensive but cheep looking hotel it was not worth of staying here.

Great Location in a modernised hotel, but needs some extra for a 4*

Its a great location, super friendly staff, the room was modern and spacious And really quiet.

The room was very hot on the 5th floor so the AC was not sufficient at all. The breakfast was mediocre at best, the sun loungers were a bit poor quality, the rest of the hotel did not have AC. The room smelt funky after cleaning one day.
