Property is pleasant and well located, rooms and furniture are old and need brightening

breakfast was fresh Restaurant staff were cordial except the person on the till, had a rude attitude, i would suggest undergo hospitality training

Staff were a bunch of inexperienced hands who seemed lost and found difficult to maneuver through booking and kept adding confusion Staff lack basic hospitality etiquette Housekeeping is horrendous, sheets are not changed when preparing room for new guest, i hope they are given a proper dressing down to understand health and safety aspects of such negligence
