It was beautiful and memorable one
breakfast was fantastic, the bed was comfortable and linen very clean, bathroom spotless
parking is a little congested and no cover for cars parking in the sun and exposed to rain and hail storm.

A great place with less than 5-star treatment
I think the atmosphere and deco were more welcoming for a 5 star hotel.
Unfortunately there were short comings for a 5-star hotel such as being petty about making a spouse to pay an extra money for staying over. It is standard across other hotels, even the 1 star village hotel will cater for 2 people in one room and not make them pay. The rooms do not have smart TVs and the current TVs are small and inferior brands. This is also just a major disappointment which could equally be linked to a low quality of wifi connection. Finally their staff members are just slow when coming to service, literally we had to wait for a long time to get drinks particularly that I had clients over for drinks. Also left without getting my coffee during breakfast. Great service and respect for time are some of the reasons why we pay so much to stay in 5-star hotels, and unfortunately my recent experience fell short on these.
