I give 200% to the apartment, everything is superb, I am a lover of white clean linen and you gave us just that, that was my highlight of the stay, spacious bathroom and overall cleanliness

Service poorest of them all, we were not told we must go to Royal for check in, we waited at the gate for 30min trying to call with no answer, that's when we drove to the main hotel, u get there security is not even bothered about who drives in, we had to bother him and ask about the information for 66 at Dorp, then the receptionist was just outside talking hence we called 6 times and there was no answer. On checkout as well, we drove to the Royal to checkout, only to be sent back to 66 to checkout. This was the information that was supposed to be given to us upon check-in.

Not coming back. Cancelled a future booking

The plumbing was in a bad state, the showers had no hot water. The drainage in the one shower was very bad. The toilet in the one room is loose and unstable to sit on. The neighbouring guests were outside chatting loudly until very dawn with the security present at the gate.

Good location, neat and tidy. Rooms spacious and clean. Each room has an ensuite.

Broken chairs on veranda, not sufficient towels provided as per number of people booked in. Parking is a mess, a unit that accommodates 8 adults, has one parking, we had to park in the driveway . Gate access was not good. Half the time the gate was on manual. Owner wasn't very friendly on the phone. Kettle wasn't sure working. We had to buy one for ourselves to use. My rooms aircon didn't work.

The rooms are well maintained. Very peaceful & the fact that all rooms are ensuite

Staff just badging in to clean even though we were still not yet done preparing ourselves. It's self catering & we cooked but when we came back some of our food was eaten

Not a place to return to.

The amount of accommodation

We were supposed to have 3 en suite bedrooms. We had to flush our loo with a bucket. There was only one bath towel and hand towel in each bathroom. The stove is a nightmare!! Touch button! The absolute minimum of crockery. No salad bowls ect The door to the patio was broken, the patio chair was broken .
