Would definitely recommend this place, spacious and tidy.

Lovely accommodation, spacious and clean, with everything we needed, enjoyed playing the games too.

Handy place for a brief stay

A fairly typical good quality holiday rental, nice decor, especially wall art, kitchen well supplied. Unseasonably cold so the good heating was appreciated

Unfortunately when I booked in a hurry I had thought it was 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, so place was smaller than I had expected. I had also expected bedside lamps in every bedroom as per the photos but this was not the case. There was also a lack of surfaces to put things on in bedrooms and bathroom but this is fairly typical in places outfitted as solely holiday rentals. It was a bit noisy in the mornings despite distance from road, and place was very bare and concrete surrounded. But it was a place to sleep which was what we wanted

Comfortable and enjoyable.

The place was comfortable and warm once the heat pump got going.

The TV no sky access unless you used your own log in. Access from road was tricky as road works were being carried out and cones blocked off the driveway. Luckily, we had been notified of this prior to arrival. There was no milk in the fridge and a small carton would have been welcome.

A very beautiful, clean and tidy, warm and toasty house to stay in during our trip to Rotorua! We greatly appreciated the extra night's stay there as well. I would definitely recommend Folia Domus to anyone who is looking to spend some time in Rotorua. Thanks so much!

Comfortable place to stay for a few nights in Rotorua, NZ.

3 bedrooms with 4 beds was ideal. Coffee and drip coffeemaker with filters available plus tea and a hotpot, with sugar. Nice woman who owns this did stop in to check on how we were doing. Washer and dryer for clothing was wonderful!

Odd bathroom(s) - narrow toilet only room, sink and shower and hot tub in separate room. Hard to locate trash receptacle in kitchen, no recycling bin inside, though that was available outside the door. Road work going on made it hard to figure out where the place was, but this couldn't be avoided.
