Fink Low Budget Rooms

Pretty much everything. First of all, the breakfast you get isnt even that good, we read the reviews and everyone made sure to mention the quality of the breakfast, therefore i expected something somewhat good and decided to try it. You get the choice of 3 cereals and a milk, a little fruit, some coffee and an egg. Well, Its definitely something but dont get fooled with the reviews. Additionally, even though on the website breakfast price is 12, we were charged 19. I dont even want to get started with the staff, me and my girlfriend have been traveling around the europe for a long time, so we can pretty much distinguish cultural communication barrier and someone who is just being rude, we received 0 help, got overcharged, received a tremendous attitude from the woman ill call Gloria who i believe was the owner. Gloria, each time we asked her a question or concern regarding the stay would give us an attitude topped with: you can leave if you dont like it instead of somehow helping us with anything. Our room got cleaned exactly a day after our stay without us knowing or asking for it, which i find direct invasion of privacy that should not happen, not even mentioning how you can hear what each of your neighbors are doing because of the walls. Rooms feel like they havent been cleaned, and the sheets looked dirty and had strains of hair on it, white carpets were half gray and overall it felt bad. We are the student couple who travel the world together, we love to learn about different cultures and traditions and usually have a wonderful experiences even at the cheaper places than this and we never leave bad reviews to anyone, so this is our first one and hopefully the last one too. I would not recommend staying at this place.
