Disappointing

Locality with exceptional views of the Lake.

Cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. The kitchen was definitely not maintained prior to new clients arriving very disappointed as I'm sure I was charged a cleaning fee?? We had to dishwash items before use, Coffee machine had pods still left in basket. Laundry machine we couldn't get water to fill the bowl. Taps didn't allow this to happen?? Clothes were left in clothes basket from previous clients and also in the dryer, clearly not belonging to us. We were staying here because of locality due to a family situation we were over for but have to say that for the amount charged for our 2 week stay, I was not very impressed. I also think they should be transparent regarding neighbours and the housing situation as parties, loud talking, cars coming and going, sensor lights continually going on and off all night, banging noises coming from main front bedroom roof when we experienced strong winds didn't make for as special a time as we'd all hoped for. My advice check reviews before booking.... this is if my review doesn't get deleated beforehand.

The view and location were good but facilities need to be upgraded

The view of the lake was excellent. The lake was just across the road from the house.

Very few amenities like sponges, hand soap for the kitchen were provided. Basement room smelled very musty. Could not use the garage as the door was not working so parking 2 card was somewhat inconvenient

The house was very homely. great for the children and different couples. Very Very clean. a great location with beautiful lake views. had everything we needed during our 4 night stay.

Great location, comfortable, good heating

We could not open the lockbox on arrival , and had to get a neighbour who did it with great difficulty. On leaving this morning, could not shut the lockbox.phoned Bachcare, and had to leave key under the mat. One bedroom on landing had no bed light Strange that there was no live TV.
