Location that was it

Hotel is filthy and I had stuff stolen , hotel are ignoring me , kept my deposit as they said I had a stained towel ! Absolutely worse stay of my life and I have bed bug bites all over me

Breakfast not interesting. Room smelt unused- stale air and windows didnt open. Mattress needs replaced. Otherwise location, staff, cleanliness excellent.

Hotel was quite cheap considering Miami Beach's prices, however still below expectations

It was quite in a good location, nearby the beach and the main roads in Miami Beach

Breakfast was definitely below expectations: you could only pick 1 out of 4 options, there was no buffet, and there was no room to eat the breakfast (you could go upstairs in the terrace implying you'd need to carry the tray upstairs). I would not recommend picking the option with breakfast included. One of the front office staff was not helpful at all. We had a couple of questions and his replies were "i don't know, you need to check online", which is quite disappointing considering he had a PC in front of him... One of the front office staff was friendly (the blonde guy), the rest was a bit useless if I may say so The bedroom was cleaned properly only 3 times out of 6 days. 2 days it was not done at all, and 1 day only 1 bed was serviced out of 2 (don't know exactly why)

Location is well positioned in Washington Avenue, close to bus stops and to the iconic Ocean Drive. People at the reception is supportive: very positive experience.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, like I wanted.

the hall to reach to the end of the floor was very narrow, was very uncomfortable to move my luggage, Had to carry it up the stairs because there was no elevator.
