The location, and cleaness

When I'm in 5 star hotel like fairmont that I was member in dubai fairmont. And forget my things in a spa bathroom, that should be found and brought back to me. The staff almost was telling me that it's my fault that I forgot my swimsuit !!

Good location. Expensive for room quality.

The pool was lovely and clean. Reception area/lobby nice but few seats and very dark.

Rooms quite small. Cleaning was not great. Dust in our room.

We expected more from a Fairmont, even more when compared wiyh other Fairmont hotels.

The beds, the size of the room and bathroom, very little time slots for spa.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

I booked through a 3 rd party. My flight was cancelled on the first day so I lost a day of my booking. Instead of just adding a day on the back end for me they just said no. Thats not good customer service. Very disappointing.

Very good location... Extremely comfy bed

Last night near 11pm coming back from Evening out I could not open/access any doors from outside to come into the hotel Someone inside the hotel entrance saw me thankfully and opened a door for me to come in
