Super confortvel! I recommend starting

Excellent Location close to shops , super clean, perfect dinner even though its a bit expensive but worth it. Comfortable beds! Our stay was impeccable. Service was great. Rooms were comfortable and cozy. Dinner was delightful. The food was delicious and service did not disappoint.

Unfortunately, breakfast was definitely a disappointment. The dishes did not look like in pictures you promote online. Quality was also not there. Salmon was very fishy. Dishes were very bland. It felt like the dinner and the breakfast were in two completely different restaurants. We just wished we had had the same quality for both instances.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms

We loved everything about this hotel. Starting with the valet. The valet was at the car right away and ready to get our luggage for us while we checked in. Reception was very friendly and made sure to let us know if we needed anything to let them know. The decor of the hotel is beautiful everything from the lobby to the rooms is very well appointed. Reception called us a few minutes after we got to our room and asked if everything was to our liking. It was. The room was small but what I expected for the price. Anytime we needed anything we called down and they got it right away. Turn down service was nice. The robes are so soft I loved them. Its very centrally located so you can walk to almost anything. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant the first night. Although we didnt frequent the bar/lounge, I could see it being a nice place to relax and unwind with a cocktail.

The only thing I would say I didnt like was the blackout curtains on the room. They dont close all the way. Theres a gap that lets the light in so we pinned it shut with a hair clip temporarily.

Lovely staff! Especially Roslie. Very clean hotel...all amenities worked well as expected. Super communication before arrival re: reservations and requests.

Perhaps the WORST bed I have slept in - in a hotel - in memory. It was like sleeping is a 'soft canoe'. There is really no excuse for this.

This stay was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect centralized location.

The staff at Hotel Birks exceeded expectations in every way. The front desk supervisor, Ella, specificallly went above and beyond to ensure our trip was comfortable.
