i liked the lobby before it became a "meat market" bar...it took away a lot of the grandeur.

It's always a comfortable stay at the Fairmont.

Valet parking and front desk staff are excellent!

The bar service didn't match the service in other areas of the hotel. For example, there wasn't enough staff to cover all the clients, so you would have to go to the bar to order your drinks. Another example, would be the lava cake we ordered for our room was uncooked. Fairmont is known for their attention to details, it was the small things on many occasions that were missed!
