    Breakfast is so so. It closes at 9:00 am and most hotels I stay go till 10:00 Its not much but its something. The only other comment that is needed is that I came to this Marriot because I have been here before and their photos online show the pool and the hot tub/spa. The hotel should change that picture because they no longer will be using the hot tub/spa and they have not for the past 6+months. There is no renovation, they are just no longer allowing it to be used. Because of that I changed my 7 night stay in January to another hotel where I called the front desk to make sure their hot tub/spa was operational. This was important to me and because Fairfield Marriot in Medford shows it in their photos it is misleading to someone looking for that particular amenity.

    Housekeeping never comes even though they were called multiple times and the toilet got clogged and maintenance brought a plunger and made us fix it ourselves

    We left at night after finding a bed bug. We were disgusted and highly inconvenienced.
    The breakfast was nothing special.
    There was a bed bug on the wall next to the bed near an electrical outlet.

    I was pleasantly surprised with all aspects of the hotel. The room was welcoming and comfortable the bathroom was amazing. The staff were friendly outgoing kind and went above and beyond.

    The moment I arrived it was a problem booking.commade it worse I was up with them on the phone 2:am to make sure everything goes smoothly No they not only made it completed over the phone it was like pulling hair just to get them to make the changes email me and call the hotel.Then I found out they made another bogus booking in my name for $600 and some change in which in turn the hotel knowingly refused to give me my room ticket until I prove the 2night booking mind you check in was 3:pm I arrived in the evening. The young persons at the desk showed a bias disposition I had to run get my phone go through my email once it got cleared as I was walking to get on the elevator the young girl laugh because of the young male made her laugh. Do then the Friday night I had two guess in my room we were listening to 80s music we thought everything was ok until we got a knock on the door the guy in the security jacket ask us to turn down the music we did. We never received a call from front desk ( it was wrong they supposed to alert us not send a security guy) ok so we turned it up a little and the next thing you know another knock no call, I opened the door and the look on this guy face was a threat he said he could hear the music down the hall ( we had the last room in facing the exit door) he was talking I said to him " you do not have to come off on us like that because I'm not coming off on you" " between a one and a five how loud is it? He said 5 1/2 so after that my guess and I talked about the way we were treated when we checked out today we ask is it their policy to just send security as if we were their worse guess?? Really

    Overall, the stay was just what we needed!
    The free breakfast provided a very nice variety of food. I needed gluten-free and was able to find several items that worked. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
    The front lobby was very cramped. The couches felt like they were in the middle of the walkway because they were!
