Location of the hotel was on point..

Being charge for parking when I was told it was free... That was the sole reason I booked the hotel..

Very poor

Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Need to update soundproof walls and ceilings etc

The evening staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Ok room. Easy check in. Good selection of breakfast

There was smoke and marijuana throughout my room for hours. Upon informing the reception staff the security guard came to assess. It was incredibly potent. The walls are incredibly thin and I could hear everything through to the room next door. Outside noise was bad. The worst was hearing constantly banging from upstairs due to the lack of noise protection. So much noise throughout the entire evening. In time of checking out there was no one on the reception in the morning and I was waiting for ages. Overall a disappointing stay.

Definitely planning on staying here again

The room was very nice clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable that we all overslept and missed the breakfast. The room felt like home. The shower had great water pressure. Also like the fact that they supplied hand pumps for shampoo conditioner and body wash what a great idea! I didn't have to pack all my little trial size bottles.

I miss the hair dryers I did not pack one
