Very poor

Lied to and shafted on checkout.

Nice facility, good breakfast.

Called to add one day to stay. Confirmed no price change then hit with $30 extra on checkout. Followed up and explaation was that "telephone reservation is more expensive than online" despite telling me no change. Would have added extra day on line had they told me the truth.

Disappointing

I was very disappointed !

Conveniently located

A foul odor in hallway on the first floor. The 19 year old manager tried to mask it with an air freshener. He was aware of the odor and did not offer to accommodate us by offering another room. He was totally unconcerned about the guest. Also, the carpet in room 107 was wet near the air conditioner. I reported it to him and he responded its the condensation from the air conditioner and provided 2 towels to put down in front of it to help absorb the moisture. Clearly, he was inexperienced to make good judgment calls. I was very displeased with the service there. Fairfield has always been a great place for me to stay but I clearly will not stay at that location again.

Superb

Excellent location to my job. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was great! Carpet felt nice and soft.

Price was a little steep, but we'll worth it!

Got bed bugs very bad experience

My boyfriend and I did a weekend getaway for his birthday and ended up coming home with a bunch bites and bed bugs causing us to have to buy supplies for our home to try and get rid of ones in our clothes and luggage

The bed was more comfortable than I was expecting. The staff was super friendly.

The breakfast was ok. Did not love the egg souffl. Would much rather had plain eggs.

carpet looked clean but had a musty odor. people above me must have had kids that jumped around from about 11pm to 1:30am totally disrupted my sleep and I had to get up a couple of hours later. not a good experience.

Too long a stay for 3 nights.

staff attentive.

the air quality of the room is very stale, mildew smells is strong, the bathroom is not well ventilated at all, the cleanness is 3 out of 10. service is very basic. hidden fees in addition to room charge: room tax, convention and tourism tax. adds up.
