Very good

Fantastic stay. Throughly enjoyed it.

The property was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The mattress was worn and dipped in the middle of the bed so I didnt get much sleep as it was t comfortable. Room 52. Others didnt have the same experience with their room.

Couldn't fault this hotel. Stayed in the spacious family room. Great views of Ayr beach. Walking distance to all the shops.

It was comfortable, good value for money, nice food, large rooms and friendly staff.

The leisure facilities are tired. The jacuzzi is not in operation and the sauna handle for the door is hanging off. the changing cubicles within the changing rooms are very small and in general the leisure facilities really need renovation. It was upsetting to come hoping to use the jacuzzi and couldnt. The door on the sauna doesnt even seem to fit and therefore, the sauna was not as hot as it couldve been. Wouldve been great to know the jacuzzi was out of order before coming, disappointed in this!

Great hotel

The hotel was lovely. Food delicious and staff were friendly. We were travelling for a wedding and we're given early check in which was a big help. The hotel had beautiful decorations for Christmas so was very festive.

Very good

The room was comfortable. Bathroom shower area needs a deep clean mildew on bottom of shower door and areas round shower. Everything else was clean.

Breakfast wasn't included in price.

Accomodation was as expected.

Hotel appeared a bit dated but room was reasonbly clean / comfortable.

Some if decor need a bit of attention, window sill in room was flaking and need painting. Some mould in shower.

location - short walk from town centre view of sea cosy reception staff Breakfast was good with variety

Room very dated - furniture not in keeping with the room Heating not sufficent for the big room Lighting poor Car air freshener in bathroom (Pine tree type hanging on coat hook) Leisure facilities - room cold, changing room next to pool meaning walking in in outdoor shoes and floor gets dirty Jacuzzi broken, cramped sauna and steam room. Only had breakfast and it was not the hottest on a cold plate
