Couldn't stay because of your disgusting policies.

My foreign guests got harassed because of your unclear policies and incorrect procedure of booking, which, while booking n asking for payment did not specify about, whether foreigners are not allowed and only Indians with valid ID are welcomed. And also after payment the mail that was sent, clearly mentioned that Foreign Guests are welcomed with valid passport and visa. Also my money was not refunded by fab hotels group.

Wow stay

Lovely stay at FabHotel Crescent hotel Surat. Poolside view was good... We had lunch at goose restaurant which was too good specially there laal Maas and garlic naan.... In the evening dinner at library restaurant which was wow!!!! Next day breakfast at new zolocrust. All items was excellent speciality there live dosa and cutting tea...

Hey! I'm from pune and i booked a hall nd room for wedding from this hotel , the hotel gave me very good service . Food was so delicious. My family enjoyed it so much.The GM of this hotel Mr Sonit Soni helped us so much. I'm really thankful .
