The staff was very kind and provided all the necessary information.

There was a very unpleasant smell when I entered the room. Furthermore, there were some smudges on the carpet in the bed area.

Pleasant

Unprepared staff, huge taxes and NO FACILITIES

Modern looking hotel with comfortable beds and proper spaced rooms. Nice view from the upper floors.

They charge a big tax for dogs (35/night) which they dont tell you in advance. They did not tell us that we have breakfast included in the price of our room !!!!!! or that we have access to SPA and Fitness. only after checkout I found out about these amenities.

Very good

Location was good, 17 minutes walk to metro stop. Breakfast was tasty, fine options, despite comments that there were no place to sit we always had few tables to pick from, even though there were a lot of people. The personel was nice and they gave us dental kit when we asked, becuase we forgot to take it with us.

WiFi was not working at all, very poor, we were on 9th floor. Everything else was good.

Great hotel with a slightly less good location

Rooms are spacious, tidy and basically as in pictures. Private parking in front of hotel. The hotel staff is super kind. Excellent and various breakfast.

The hotel is located basically in the middle of nowhere. There is basically nothing around the hotel itself (including markets). The metro station is 15 mins by walking from the hotel but this metro (M2) will take you directly and quickly to the city center. Although the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, it seems that area is very safe.

Very clean, good location (10-15 min walk to the metro station), great breakfast, big free parking. The staff in the restaurant during breakfast is very nice and helpful.

Our room was given to someone else while we were in the room and they were able to come into our room - the receptionist just said sorry and was very uninterested. I sent an email, and we just got 2 free drinks at their bar (but only juice or water). After that our room key card was not working 2 more times (once just our key card, and once everyones because the system was down - so they gave everyone a master card which opens any room door, so basically anyone could have gotten into anyones room if they wanted to). The mattress was as hard as a rock, kept waking up with back pain every day. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the hall and the room next to yours.

the room didn't had lights . it has them at the entrance and some low lights near the bad but in the room no lights.

Disappointing

Old, not very clean, just a used relic from Communist times

Hotel was quiet, there were parking places just outside, the coffee at breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

The room was 16.5C when I stepped in, as someone had left the window open (at the end of Dec.). I had to turn the aircon on in heating mode and use my big scarf as an extra cover, as the duvet was too thin. Set thermostat to 23C - it was going nearly the whole night before the room temp reached the required warmth. Definite whiff of ingrained cigarette smoke. The carpet was threadbare in places, the walls and ceiling were dotted with dead insects and there was a very lively one on the toilet seat in the morning. Built in 1982, last renovated in... 1982? Won't be back and won't recommend it. Only stayed here because friends have booked it for the duration of their city break, so I thought it would make sense for all of us to stay in the same place. Big mistake.
