Nice location, pleasant stay

Nice location, walkable to the Parliament and Danube river. Love the free mini bar provided in our room.

Theres no kettle provided in the room.

Beautiful City. Weird hotel experience

Upon checking in at the reception i was assigned a room that was already occupied. It was horribly awkward to walk into a room where people were sleeping in. The location wasn't the best either, a bit sketchy.

We would glady return, we had a pleasant stay!

We had a very pleasant stay here with our chow chow dog. The hotel is located within walking distance to the city center and theres a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Theres underground parking if youre traveling by car. We were also offered complimentary breakfast due to waiting a bit longer to be checked in, which was very nice of them and much appreciated. Also, pet friendly - a big plus for us.

The walls seem to be extremely thin as we could hear the people in the room next to us talking and laughing very clearly. Not a big deal, but something to consider if you prefer more intimacy.

The price and the rooms were nicely designed with balconies.

I had more than one incident while at the property. Missing money as well as after complaints to the front desk still the staff continued to enter my room when the do not disturb was on and the last time i came back right whiel they were doing it with my bag with my passport on the floor. Very disturbing event.

Very comfortable when you avoid contact with staff

Very comfortable and clean

Staff is nice before check out, moment after check out they are not interested in helping about anything. Especially the one of the older ladies from reception that was not interested in anything except giving the bill and telling me that there are all informations on internet about hotel and free rooms.
