The good service rendered by the staff saved the day .

Location was good . Staff was attentive n helpful. The night staff was quick to offer another apartment for us to have a good night sleep. Morning staff were apologetic when we returned key promptly the next morning that he offered breakfast vouchers.

We experienced three blackouts on our 2nd night close to midnight. The first blackout was promptly attended and we saw the switch to turn on at db box. Subsequent blackouts were handled by us n by then few members of our family were asleep we were concerned the blackout will happened during our sleep. We need a good night sleep to drive back to Singapore

Friendly staffs & great services but breakfast was let down

Cafe breakfast was nice but disappointed that we had to pay extra for a white coffee/tea ( with milk) or juice. Luggage staffs were & was able to storage our luggages to later in the day

the big apartments and the cleanliness of the apartment

The employees of E & O residences were not able to stop a Tech party which was the apartment above us. The party carried on from 1 am till 5 am in the morning, so we were unable to sleep. Even after complaining many times they did not stop the party.

Superb

The staff were helpful and friendly. Got a room with the view of the KL Tower and Twin Towers. Great location with 24-hour marts, restaurants and street shops nearby. 5 mins walk to the nearest LRT station (Raja Chulan). Will come and stay there again next time round.

The room that we stayed in also had the Twin towers view, but it was blocked by the construction. Other than that, all is good.

Spacious, good for value but need to revamp the unit

It's spacious and bathroom shower has good water pressure. Value for money.

The unit is a bit old. Many things are not functioning well, like bathtubs can't be drained, shower hose can't work at Bath tub. Housekeeping was quick to fix it, but it's still not working. Everything looks aged on closer look. Location is not that fantastic but is ok for the price

The location is very convenient, very close proximity to everything we need. We took the 3 bedroom and converted the study room to become our baby nursery (he slept better in his own room and crib). Breakfast was located downstairs at a smaller cafe with few local choices and one or two international cuisine (don't expect a big American breakfast). There are other restaurants and cafes nearby if you are hungry for anything else (including 24-hour convenience stores).

Staff miscommunication and easily fixable mistakes that took forever to resolve. Crib requested prior to arriving and wasnt provided until the next night.
