Excelent with but

The location is great, just next to the metro station that gets you to piazza duomo. The central station is 10min away if you want to go to Bergamo or Como. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The first day I had to leave early and they started the breakfast 30mins earlier. It was very kind. Also allowed me to leave my backpack the last day for a few hours. The place is sparkling clean. The bathroom was great, big and beautiful. The bed very comfortable.

The walls are very thin. You can hear the people in the next room just talking. But they go to bed in some moment. In the morning at 7 you start hearing constant noise from the kitchen of plates and glasses, while people eat and then when everything is put in the dishwasher. So at least closing the door of the kitchen can reduce this. Also the staff start cleaning the rooms in the moment, when somebody leaves and when this is at 8, it is not pleasant, because at this end this is an appartment. Vacuum cleaner before 9 in the morning in front of your room is annoying. Please give the people the chance to sleep till 9. Some blocking the light curtains, can be good too, because they have only transparent in the single room. These are the reasons, why I am not giving a 10, everything else was excelent.

Clean, small and comfy. Close to metro. Probably around 10 mins to duomo di Milano,

It's nice and small, but has everything that I need. Bed, aircon, all clean. Staff were lovely. Ten minute walk to station. Ten minute metro ride to duomo, the metro is also just 2 mins away.

I think I got a little confused with the building area - as the "hotel" occupies only 1 floor of the building. Found it eventually so no worries.

Once you are in the 5th floor, in the corridor of the hotel, all is good.

Perfect size and clean, small balcony, but long view, was nice. Very good breakfast.

The entrances stair, the hotel is in the 5th floor. The sign is so small, it was hard to find. The best way to arrive at the property is get a cab, is to find the property, we walked 15 minutes.

Good place to stay for a short stay

The accommodation is at a great place and very comfortable. The room was clean, and well equipped for a short stay. The staff was kind, and the breakfast was alright too.

the coffee maker was very dirty and we were not able to use it because it was leaking and didnt make coffee. When we told to the receptionist she offered to make the coffee in another room, but our machine was nbever changed. The walls are very thin, you can hear the neighbours

Really good choice for what we needed

The room was spacious enough. Its nice that we also had access to a small balcony. Clean and very nice overall. The girl from the reception was very friendly and helped me with some specific requests regarding the fiscal invoice, really appreciate that. If you get breakfast, youll probably feel like home also. The variety of food is sufficient for a short stay and the location is good especially if you need a connection to Malpensa or Bergamo airport, as the bus stations are very close.

Enjoyed our stay at La Spezia. Good place to overnight while visiting Cinque Terre.

Hostess was very friendly and accommodating. Great location not far from train station. Secure. Personal attention. Small enterprise deserves supporting.

Fridge could be colder. A second coffee pod would be welcomed.
