Excellent stay. Probably one of the best hotel I have stayed.

They never mentioned a pet fee, and charged my card for it after I had already paid for the room.

My stay could have been better. This was the worst Embassy I have ever stayed as far as cleanliness

The staff was great. I enjoyed the breakfast for the most part. The room needed some attention.

The rooms were not clean. The first room had this terrible odor so I had to move. In the next room, I had to clean the tables because they were dirty. All this tells me no one is cleaning or disinfecting for COVID-19 and nothing else. We ate breakfast at a table one morning it was the same the next. We ate dinner the night before and we went down for breakfast, nothing had been cleaned. A mask was on the floor that night and was still there that morning.

For the value with breakfast included, it was O.K. but on the whole, I would recommend another hotel

Omelets were fantastic! Location was very convenient.

The outlet on the wall near the mirror in the bathroom was too tucked away in the corner and it made it difficult to plug in my hair dryer. The sofa was very worn and too low. Needs to be replaced. Not at all comfortable.

Good breakfast.

As usual, there was another event going on at the hotel when we arrived. The last few visits, there were birthday parties and you couldn't use the pool. This time, when we arrived at 1130pm, there were 125 people in the lobby for a wedding reception.

It was ok for a night, not worth the money

The breakfast was good, better than most places.

The cleanliness was poor. There was some kind of large stain on.the wall in the hallway. The corners weren't clean, the main areas of the room and bathroom were taken care of. The bed was too firm and leaned downhill and to the left.
