This was the worst hotel stay Ive ever stayed in.

The Omelette

1st the staff at this hotel was absolutely rude, nasty, and not professional AT ALL. We arrived at the hotel at 10am. We understood that check in wasnt really until 4pm. But upon arrival, we were told that if any rooms became available they would try to accommodate us. We said that was fine. We asked if possibly we could eat breakfast. The clerk at the desk told us NO, you have to wait until tomorrow for breakfast. There was a couple right behind us that was waiting on a room, as we went to sit down she gave them vouchers for breakfast. A few hours later, my husband walked back up to see if any rooms were available for us, he was told no, since youre being rude, you now have to wait until 5. It took everything in me not to loose my cool. But, we didnt want too mysteriously loose our reservation. Needless to say we waited from 10-6pm for a room. We even overheard them give a room to someone before 4pm check in, since you have been waiting patiently, and been nice, we have a room ready for you. Smh. The rooms need a lot of updating. For a Hilton hotel I definitely expected way better service than what we got. I wouldnt recommend this particular hotel if youre looking for good customer service, and updated facility. We will never stay at this hotel again. EVER!

Good location, embassy suites always better choice when traveling with family.

The location was excellent as we wanted to see WW2 museum and French quarter. Could walk to outfit that have plantation and swamp tour.

The omelet station was good but everything else was like Hampton inn. Bacon almost raw, couldnt eat. We smelled weed the entire stay. So bad one night it woke me up. Traveling with kids.

Room - small batroom with only one sink and tightness in commode/bath/shower area Breakfast - terrible plus long lines Happy Hour - completely different from other Embassy Suites' experiences - lines and limited snacks

Very disappointing

Decent as expected

First room, 512 had others already in it though they had literally just called to be moved they were as shocked as us someone else had been given the room. Thought the new room, 614 was fine until I tried taking a shower a few hours later and water was scalding hot. Called the front desk and was told someone would clue sent up. However about 40 minutes later they called saying maintenance said the fixture had been replaced recently and they "guessed it hadn't been set properly" or something along those lines. The next morning 12/3 when I spoke with the front desk associate I was told the manager Cody Mayo would call me on Monday. That was weeks ago and I've yet to get a call.

Good overall for what we needed before getting on our cruise.

Atrium is nice area with interesting set-up and theme. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options to choose from. Coffee was very hot just the way I like it to be.

No window in room. Felt very dark and creepy. The room was also in an odd position and having to carry 4 bags of luggage down the 1/2 floor platform was challenging. No other way to access it.
