Overall pretty well! I would return again.
very nice workers, room was pretty clean. Check in and check out was smooth. Beds were comfy & room was spacious.
Pool water was not warm, practically freezing. Room only had bathroom trashcan and no other trashcans for use. Lotion and hand soap bottle had dust on the top of them.

We liked the amenities and that's where it ends.
We found a bed bug on our pillow the next morning! Took the live bug to the front staff and was instructed to put it back in the room they said there would be a test on the room and we could get a refund once that was done. After the test came back they called to say it was negative...even though we showed the staff the live bug we found! We never got the refund and it was a nightmare making sure we didn't bring any in our home when we returned. We will never stay here again.
