Don't go swimming

The staff was very helpful and friendly and had a good breakfast.

There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling and the temperature could not stay regulated. Our tv wasn't working either. The pool is freezing

It was doable.

The room.

The staff. My stay was fine. The staff member working the front desk last night was rude and unprofessional. I couldn't see anyone at the desk due to him sitting down in the middle, behind a side. It wasn't until he said "yea" that I looked and realized that anyone is working. I told him that I was checking to which he responded "ain't not more check ins". I then told him that site allowed me to book the room so yes, I can check in. He then asked me when I booked them room. I told him that it was less than an hour ago. He checked the system, then old me that l can pay the deposit. He didn't apologize for being rude, dismissive or unprofessional. I've stayed here before and the staff are never this rude. He also was sitting there in a jacket, zipped to his face partially covering it, with the hood on his head. He didn't look like he worked there. He looked like he was just chilling. Other than that, my room was fine.

The bathroom was dated....mirror frame in bathroom was damaged with foam interior showing...took a photo as I thought it was poor given the cost of accommodation to have damage in the room

My stay was ok but i would not book here again .

The property were nice on the inside & outside. The room was comfortable but it wasnt the room that i booked .

When I checked in, the housekeeping staff asked for my ID, but I didn't have it with me. I thought they could scan it off my phone, but they couldn't. They insisted on having my physical ID. They also asked for my last name and if I had my payment card, which I provided. Even though everything matched up, they still insisted on my ID. I didn't realize that I needed it for booking a room, as this was my first time. The hotel was located far from where I live, about an hour away, so it took some time for me and my boyfriend to return. When we got back at midnight, the two ladies who were there earlier were gone, and a boy was at the front desk. I politely provided him with my name and information, but he was rude and had a bad attitude towards us. When my boyfriend asked about the pool hours, he rudely informed us that it was already closed. Eventually, he informed me that my reservation had been canceled. At this point, I just wanted my money back. I had booked for two days, but one day was ruined due to the back and forth driving. I understand that I arrived late and didn't have my ID, but receiving attitudes from the staff was unacceptable. The manager and the boy's energy towards me was negative, and to make matters worse, someone else took my room after my reservation was canceled. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience overall. I encountered some challenges dealing with attitudes and my room was taken during my stay, which made me feel more disappointed. I had hoped for everything to be perfect for my birthday celebration. However, considering the distance and the negative experiences I had during my stay, I would not choose to book here again.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I liked the spacious room.

Couldn't get all the local channels on the TV. Wanted to watch the SEC football championship game on CBS but it would not come up.

Bed was comfy and room very large

Frig was filthy. We had to clean it ourselves. I had asked for a room on the quieter side which they didn't have. We were on 3rd floor by the freeway and the noise all night was incredibly loud.

Nice location and spacious rooms. Staff not very attentive and public spaces not always tidy.

Nice pool! Breakfast was good. Rooms were nice and spacious!

The staff were often away from the Front Desk. The public garbage on our floor by the elevator was overflowing every day. The TV in our room had wiring/electrical issues and we called the Front Desk to fix. After multiple attempts to call, had to physically go down to Front Desk because no one was picking up the phone. Finally, a staff member came up to fix it.
