Superb

Incredible views and staff but room was disappointing.

The hotel was beautiful and the pool areas are incredible. The restaurant was very good, the food was of good quality and the staff is very friendly.

The room we were staying in was very basic, the bathroom didnt have a proper door (floor to ceiling one) so it is pretty weird. We also paid extra for a balcony thinking it would be towards the sea but it ended up facing the parking area so that was a disappointment- wouldnt have paid if we knew.

Fantastic views, spa and food. Calm and relaxing.

Incredible views, very beautiful and calm place, a lot of terraces and corners to relax like roof pool, sunset terrace, and terrace downstairs. SPA was fantastic. The stuff was very nice. I had the relaxing Mediterranean treatment that made my skin very soft and smooth. SPA swimming pool has installations with bubbles and waterfalls and see view, also there are sauna, hamam, hot beds. I liked it very much. Food was also very good. A lot fresh vegetables and fruits. Meat dishes was also very tasty. Stuff was also very kind and helpful

It is 10 min walk up the hill from a public bus stop, but If you have a car or take a taxi (3,40) it isn't a big problem

Fabulous public areas

Bedrooms poorly ventintilated. Complaint to reception resulted in no action. Buffet meals not a good idea in low trade winter months in my opinion. Good fry and lukewarm at best

All the facilities and the location.

The food can be little bit more innovative as for now is bit boring and not expressing the Spanish culture I would have loved to see more local traditional dishes served.

A couple of minor problems the cleaners were very eager to get in the room and the bar staff very unfriendly and unhelpful I think she was going of duty without replacement at correct hour but very abrupt

Very beautiful location. Recommend to read all small letters before purchasing

The view from the hotel was stunning, at the breakfast and dinner buffer there was a varaity of food, and the stuff were trying their best to make you feel comfortable. All facilities were tidy and clean.

We had to move a couple of rooms due to technical faults making us very uncomfortable (cooler not functional, beds moving on the floor, bad air-conditioned). Finally we had a room that met our expectation. Yet, both swimming pools were not heated, and partly closed, such that entering them was impossible. The spa jacuzzi was heated but the wasn't warm. The staff compensated us, but the overall stay was poor. In general I would recommend going through all the small letters before deciding
