Beautiful hotel, staff were helpful, very nice food. Very good value.

Pretty nice

Beautiful hotel and comfortable bed.

The information card said to access room service etc via the TV but we couldn't access it. The staff seemed rushed and the lady at the front desk was not very welcoming. Also, the bathroom was strange and felt like being in a luxurious aeroplane toilet. Very poky. We stayed NYE and the bar, while being very nice, closed at 11pm which was disappointing.

Good location and grounds.

We were in a room in a separate building. Black mould in bathroom, damp on windows and generally did not feel much better then a travel lodge. Staff were not very well trained, the whole experience could have been a lot better.

Location suited our needs to visit family in Crowthorne.

Excellent breakfast and good value. Room was fine apart from location (see below).

Room was at front overlooking the ventilation duct from the kitchen which was noisy in early hours of the morning. A few cobwebs in the room around the ceiling, otherwise was fine.

Disappointing

Disappointed.

The bed was very comfortable. The food served in the bar on Christmas day evening came quickly and was really quite good.

The first room we were given was tiny and very hot. There's no way we could stay there. We requested an upgrade and were given a larger room in the main building. This was much better and not too much more expensive. The service and friendliness of the staff was disappointing. The hotel was clearly understaffed for the Christmas period. For a hotel that professes to be pet friendly, there was a complete lack of any bag disposal bins outside the hotel.
