Very good

Good location, cleaner than clean, staff all friendly, good breakfast. Liked that our room looked onto the loch.

The bed was very small and you could feel the springs.

Room had a number of issues door to balcony struggled to open issues with bathroom heater. The bed was extremely uncomfortable

Relaxing overnight stay.

Room was excellent. Have stayed here many times. Depending on what room your in either mountain view or Loch view. Dined in the hotel restaurant food was delicious with just the right size portion. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with a great choice from cerial and cooked foods.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Breakfast - superb. Fantastic service especially from Sandra and colleagues. Very attentive and friendly and are a credit to your team. Restaurant - food fabulous. Room - a very small double bed and wish it was slightly bigger but the decor etc is very stylish Staff in general very pleasant to deal with and need to mention reception staff and the Night Watchman as they were very pleasant to deal with. Owner provided a carrot and dates for the snowman we created which was a hit!

would like to have had the facility to have a drink to bring in the bells. room a little on the small side but cannot fault the quality and style of the room. thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we shall return!

Overall fantastic hotel. Slightly disappointed with food.Never happened before so just unlucky. .unl

All staff were excellent, very accommodating in all areas. Relaxing atmosphere inside and out.

Meat in steak pie was inedible. Chef just sent apologies. Chips were tiny like the end of a bag bed could be doing with a topper for comfort.

Would not stay again.

Restaurant was lovely and food was good. Beautiful views and coffe shop was excellent.

Room was small and bed was only 46 wide. Delivery truck outside room at 6.30am phone screen flashed on and off all the time which lit up the room. 50 deposit per room per night in case of damage caused. Reception staff not very pleasant.
