Was traveling with a service dog and the receptionist didnt know how to handle. Tried to send us to another hotel. Eventually received a room after 45 minutes and a call to the manager.

Love that theres a shuttle to the airport. Great overall stay!
Great breakfast. Great price.clean. Received a heads up call that the elevator was out (which was not a big deal due to the size of the hotel).
Being picky here- hot tub would be nice - hard to find one in Nashville.

Convenient to get to the airport. Pillows and bed were comfy. The Pool was good.
