My stay was ok.

I like that we were left alone but when we needed house keeping they told us that house keeping wouldnt come to us if we were in the room. We needed towels since some of the towels we first had in the room werent all that clean. We needed trash taken out of our room. We needed toilet paper. If you have a guest staying for 4 nights they are going to need housekeeping! Last year we stayed for 5 nights and even then they did not put us on the list for housekeeping. Yet we needed more toilet paper, more towels, rags etc.

The bathtub was filled with dirt. Not sure where it came from but it was unusual. I had to clean it myself before I bathed my child or myself in the bathtub. Some of the towels we had werent all that clean. They need to do a better job cleaning these hotel rooms and the towels etc.

Cool but not hot.

Beds were comfy. Elevator was smooth. Kickback (dinner) is cool, although we walked nextdoor to Olive Garden. It's nice they have that option available. Breakfast was good and hot. Showers are hot, even up on 3rd floor.

Pillows are different degrees of softness, as in most hotels. Some are flat. Some firm. I found one that suited me. (We usually bring our own) The hot tub (in pool area) is not hot. It is barely warm. We mentioned this at checkout. They said, "They would look into it". We will see on our next visit. Also, our room was vacuumed but not real good.

The toilet did not flush well (212). The handle had to be held down for a minute or so for it to completely.

Would I stay again? Yes; was it the best experience at a Drury Inn? Definitely not.

Location off the expressway, ease of check-in along with check-out, and your breakfast was also good.

Subject: Guest Feedback Regarding Stay at Drury Inn Room 437 with Special Consideration for Pet Accommodations and Service Personnel Discounts Dear Drury Inn Management Team, I am writing to share my experiences during my recent stay in Room 437 of your hotel. My family and I are regular patrons of the Drury Inn hotel chain, valuing the friendly atmosphere towards animals and overall excellent service. However, there are several areas where our recent experience fell short of our expectations. Firstly, my reservation request explicitly mentioned our elderly 13-year-old chocolate lab, Blaze. Despite this, we were allocated a room at the far end of the fourth floor. The long walks to and from the elevator posed a significant challenge for Blaze. While I understand that pet-friendly rooms may be situated in specific areas to minimize disturbance, providing a more accessible option or amenities like a pet cart would make a considerable difference. Secondly, Blaze is a certified therapy dog, and I was informed that therapy dogs are not recognized as "Working Service Dogs." This distinction seems inappropriate, as therapy dogs perform an essential role similar to service dogs. We would appreciate a more inclusive approach to this classification. Additionally, as a firefighter in public safety, I was surprised to find that government rates or discounts for service personnel were not available. We are always alert to security, fire, and medical emergencies that may occur on your property and respond accordingly, whether on-duty or off-duty. Lastly, the non-stop running toilet in our room added unnecessary stress to our stay. We were only there to rest for approximately 12 hours before continuing our journey, but this issue detracted from the overall quality of our short stay. I believe these feedback points offer an opportunity for Drury Inn to pioneer some much-needed changes in the hotel industry.
