Very good

Cozy, welcoming. Would definitely book this again!

Cozy cabin with comfortable bed. Lovely garden view and easy to get in and out using the private entrance and side gate.

Its definitely spacious enough for two but some low corners meant we banged our heads a couple of times (and Im only 5)

Excellent stay, Excellent staff & Excellent location!

It was a well maintained property, with all the necessary equipment, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and overall heating and lighting to a very high standard!

There was nothing we didnt not like about the B & B in general. We will be staying here again next year and would thoroughly recommend this property to all potential future clients.

Very nicely decorated and comfortable room. Very welcoming staff, friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Not too far from Carbis Bay station and beach (but that's quite a bit of a up/downhill hike), but there's a bus stop for St Ives right outside the guesthouse.

Some corners could be better cleaned.

Very comfortable and clean room with an excellent host.

Close to everything. It was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good and the host and staff were attentive and very helpful and friendly.

It was a bit difficult to park as the car park was small and cramped. Our room was small relative to the size of the bed ax we had a king size bed.

Clean room and sheets. Very healthy,filling and yummy breakfast. The stewardess makes it more cheerful! Bus stop right outside the place makes it easy access to beaches. Carbis bay right behind the house in a walkable distance.

A bit noisy at nights as we had street view rooms. Would suggest having a fan for summers
