Perfect place for a peaceful and comfortable break.

The location is great. It's a short walk in to town, which means it's lovely and quiet at night. Parking is included. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Lovely rooms and a great breakfast.

There isn't anything we didn't like. It was our second stay and we will definitely be back.

Great stay in very comfortable room with great location in town

We were in a room that was very comfortable. Facilities were very clean. Easy walk into town area and along the harbor. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly. St Ives is a beautiful harbor town. Lots of great food walking distance.

Our room was great, but was one of the ones below road level. Was only complaint that was little humid with lack of ventilation.

A very nice stay in lovely surroundings.

After being greeted by the delightful Fleur in reception we went to our room. It was lovely. Everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a sea view. All the staff were so friendly.

Location , quality of furnishings and bathroom , wonderfully comfortable bed.

Getting bags from car park thru the terraced garden path was a challenge, but a drop off park spot is available and I would advise to use this on arrival.and departure. Otherwise perfect .
