Superb

Overall a good stay, we arrived late to beat a snow storm and checked out right as the snow started.

Only a couple minuses: 1) Late checkin, 1 check-in person, 3 people in line, took a little while to process. 2) Was recommended the wron entrance door to park and access the room. When we checked out, we drove around to the correct door to load the luggage and check out.

Room was clean and comfortable

Had to pay a $50 deposit for room service. I told the lady we would not be using it. Made me pay anyways and have not been refunded. The pool room was cold, and the water tepid. We couldn't use it.

Love the cookies!

Very close to our family. No traffic on Thanksgiving Day

We had problems with our toilet not flushing and you have to go ask for cookies they just dont volunteer to provide them.

We loved the beds, the location, the indoor pool, the restaurant(salmon & filet), and of course, the chocolate chip cookies!

Its a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Love the location to the airport. Staff are very friendly. Its a very pretty hotel and I love having decent towels!

The rooms are starting to look a little dated. The toilet in our room kept running but after a long fight I was too tired to call the front desk to tell them. I let them know when I checked out.

Superb

Fantastic room, but overall experience let down by some minor issues.

Super room with very comfortable beds. Really nice big fluffy towels. Lots of space.

The restaurant service was pretty slow and the food was quite expensive for what it was. There was a lovely pool area, but the water was too cold for comfort and there was nowhere to change out of wet things.
