The stay suited its purpose but could have been better.

The property is in a great location for shopping and dining which was the purpose of our trip. The beds are comfortable and breakfast was decent. The breakfast staff was very friendly.

The staff at the front desk was not professional in appearance. The night staff was no where to be found until we called from the lobby phone. He was pleasant once he came up to the desk. The morning desk staff was dressed sloppy and had dirty hair. The room smelled when we walked in, which has become more normal at several Hampden Inns weve stayed out over the last year. Theres no seating except the desk chair and no microwave. The curtains were completely broken and dangling from the window half up, half down with the cords dangling everywhere. My parents stayed at this same property a few months ago and expressed that their curtain, possibly the same room, was broken also. There were boogers on the night stand that hadnt been cleaned. The ceiling had been patched but never finished and the TV didnt work and was incredibly dusty when the staff told us to try and restart it. Turned out it wasnt plugged in. When the furnace kicked on it rumbled like the sound of a train passing by. Overall the room wasnt in good repair.

We enjoyed our stay. The support staff behind the counter was outstanding.

Something fell off our bed, and when I looked under the furniture there was debris under the seat.

Overall the room was fine. After two squirts the conditioner was empty.

Immaculate facility with friendly staff.

Clean and beautiful facility. Breakfast options were abundant and great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved that this is a pet friendly location as well. Walking paths around the hotel too.

Comfortable and clean. Will stay here again.

The staff in the dining room was fun and personable.

We used a third party booking agent but didnt realize it because we searched on the hotel name. We needed to modify the reservation and the staff wasnt able to make the modifications. It was clunky.

Location was good Staff were helpful Breakfast was warm with good choose of food Bed was comfortable Fridge in room Large TV in room

No curtains in room making it difficult to sleep. Air conditioning made a rumbling sound making it difficult to sleep. Toilets stopped flushing on the last day of visit. TV lose signals a number of times during stay No room service. No bottled water in room. Rooms only cleaned when requested.

I really enjoyed the stay and the hotel was super clean and the lady over the breakfast was super friendly and the break

I love the fact that the hotel was close to the university we visited the staff was nice and friendly and the breakfast was very good!

I didnt like the fact that we had booked thru booking 2 weeks out and asked for adjoining rooms to find out we couldnt get them even after I booked way in advance for them!! So Im guessing the people that booked at the property gets first dibs at rooms versus people that book thru an online website like booking.com also on booking it shows check out at 12 but front desk just informed us checkout is at 11!! Someone needs to update these policies because it can be annoying!! Other than that the stay was wonderful

Paid twice , great place to stay

We always like staying here. Its a quiet area. Great service

We were charged 2 times and the situation is still trying to be resolved. We paid in advance through Booking .com with PayPal and charged by PayPal. But the front desk required a credit card because they did not show it paid. Even though we had the email receipt proof. PayPal charged & my credit card charged. It still has not been resolved. We have stayed here a lot. So very disappointed In this happening. Someone owes me a refund. Card or PayPal or the motel
