November 2023 Vacation

We liked the location right on the beach. The staff was pretty friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Kids loved the pool and the beach. You can walk on the beach for a long distance. The room had a washer and dryer right outside of it. There are many places to eat within walking distance. Overall, it was a nice stay

We didn't like the road in front of the hotel. It was crazy busy. We have a toddler with us and walking to various locations was frightening, as we aren't used to traffic like that The only other dislike was the tiny balcony with not the biggest ocean view 1/2 ocean 1/2 city.

It was disappointing, being our first vacation since before Covid.

Location and view

You are forced to pay $38 a night for valet parking and then of course you feel obligated to tip when getting or returning your car (which for us was every day. You have to pay for a beach towel and chair, I was blown away by that one.

Exceptional

I rented an ocean view room months before my stay for my birthday. When I got there they said there was no ocean rooms available and I had to downgrade my stay.

Disappointing

Made the best of the trip but wont be staying at this property again.

The staff were attentive and very nice

The facility was very disappointing. Needs work for value felt let down very outdated. Dust and spider webs in certain areas. doors to balcony were very difficult to open stuck. Pool area looked dirty and bathrooms as well its rust in certain places.
