The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Annapolis received positive reviews for its spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, considerate staff, and beautiful Christmas decor. Some guests appreciated the special treatment as Hilton Diamond members, receiving credits at the bar and restaurant. However, some drawbacks mentioned were the lack of a microwave in the room, small waste baskets, and worn carpets throughout the hotel. Overall, the hotel was recommended for its location and services, particularly for Navy football games.

Excellent place to stay

My husband and I ate at the hotel restaurant-Ports of Call one evening during our stay and also ordered room service. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and I would like to give a special acknowledgement to our waiter Roger as he was exceptionally helpful, always with a smile on his face even when it appeared the restaurant may have been short staffed. If we had stayed longer we would've eaten there another night just because of Roger's excellence and making the atmosphere inviting. Thank you!

perfect hotel!

great hospitality, wonderful breakfast and atmosphere. Bus shuttle service to and from hotel to shopping areas and sightseeing was excellent! on time, attentive service. Overall wonderful staff!!

Ok,bit not my favorite

Location and the immediate availability. Bathroom was spacious and clean. My last day of our stay the staff was welcoming and caring.

Staff just looked at you as if they didn't see you. Price was ok considering the location. In the room I wore socks because the floor did not look clean. Before our last day the staff was overheard talking about the night out.

This would be my go to place rather than the more expensive hotels downtown. It was away from the tourist noise but easy

Great place to stay and we would stay there again. Perfect location to anywhere you wanted to go.

Everything was great. Great customer service in restaurant and bar! The breakfast was included, a buffet...a good option.

Good food at the breakfast bar buffet but was not hot, however; if they had it on warmers it would be much better. So 2 days we ordered off the menu and the meal was hot.
