1. The receptionist gave us a room that already had people occupying it. We were shocked to see someone in the room given to us. The other party was equally as shocked to see strangers (us) trying to open the room door. When we called the receptionist, to come sort this matter he (with lack of eye contact) said the system showed the room was empty. And he made us walk all the way back to the lobby (it was also raining at that time and there is no shaded walkway from the block we were at to the lobby). And finally he gave us a different room. After a long tiring travel to KL, it wasnt something I was looking forward to. 2. Room: the bed in the master room wasnt neatly done, almost as if someone sat on it. We couldnt use the fridge as it wasnt cold and the were so many ants in the fridge. The floor was sticky and the walls were filled with cobwebs. Felt very run down. Not clean. 3. Breakfast buffet was one of the worst buffets Ive been to. We went around 9am and the food was already finished and we had to wait for about 20-30 mins for the food to be refilled. And the choices are extremely limited. When we requested one of the staff to refill she said this isnt under me its under the kitchen but hello? You work there and she in fact was going in and out the kitchen. And once they refill before you know it, everything is finished again. And refill again takes another 30 mins, Maybe they should prepare more food? It wasnt hygienic as well, as the food were all kept open and most of the guests were coughing and sneezing (without masks) and touching the serving cutleries but I guess we cant help that if its a buffet. I am a well travelled person who you can vouch to give amazing reviews but this round I have nothing much nice to say.. quite an unpleasant experience.

Entrance door can be a little secure.. currently there r gaps n loose upon closing/locking. Certain rooms water pressure are low. We accidentally threw away our laundries in a plastic bag. Realized only a day later. When called d reception to enquire whether they can confirm all rubbish.garbage thrown a day b4 can still be salvaged we were told its gone. Not satisfied w such reply, I went down to the basement and scrummage through d 6dumper garbage carts.. I found my laundry bag. My take is d staff lacked commitment and provide me an answer immediately when I enquired without even pause to check with supervisor.. I will not allow them to go through the garbage , of course . If they said its still yet to b collected.. its me who will get down inside the bin to look. Anyway I found my bag and m quite happy.
