Good location with excellent breakfast

This is a huge hotel and packed. Excellent breakfast with good selection but go at 6.00 before the crowds - 700 on my first day ! An earthquake shook me out of bed on the 17th floor but ran down fire escape and all staff handled it well. Luckily no damage seen.1

Poor gym facilities and mens section not open. Go early to breakfast unless you want to get lost between hundreds of other guests! Lobby cafe charged $10 for a small single cup of coffee and a stale pastry.

Great hotel with central location

Beautiful lobby and staff were very helpful. The room was OK but the street noise was quite loud.

The sauna was out of order but it was not noticed online when I was booking.

Superb

Food (Breakfast) - Nice selection of items all of good quality. Staff - Exceptional service with more than enough staff around to assist with everything. Comfort - The bed and pillows were both perfect for me.

Plug socket location - In my particular room non beside the bed, either side. A minor inconvenience but not a deciding one. Hotel markups on additional services - I understand profit has to be made. But sourcing my own transport via a reputable app was 4-5 times cheaper each time, than booking via the transport desk. Which is a shame.
