Friendly staff and great food

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially those on reception, housekeeping staff and waiting staff in the restaurant.

Spa was a little outdated (ceiling tiles etc) with the jacuzzi out of use. It also felt awkward having to walk through the bar to get to the pool.

Fantastic family festivities for New Years Eve!

Fantastic building, updated decor in keeping with the building and very stylish! Christmas decorations were still up and it felt very cosy and festive. Room was very clean, had everything we needed for our family stay. Breakfast was exceptional! Beautiful building, family friendly atmosphere and pool access were fantastic additions to our stay! We will be back!

Communication for booking in the restaurant was poor. I emailed prior to the stay as suggested when booking, to request a table for New Years Eve. However I didnt get a reply and then upon arrival it was fully booked. We had to drive out to find somewhere to eat. Everything else was spot on!

Amazing hotel with spacious comfy family rooms Beautiful scenery, clean swimming pool Very helpful staff

My only grumble was the Tempo bar ( by the pool) we were hoping for some kind of afternoon tea/snack while rest of family were swimming, I was amazed to find they didn't serve any cakes/chocolate/crisps etc.. the hotel is very isolated and not many places to get food from, meant the children were starving by dinner time

Beautiful grounds and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The jacuzzi wasn't working which wasn't mentioned when we rang to ask about the facilities and you also need to pre book spa treatments to ensure there is space.
