The location was weird, felt insecure with weirdos around the hallway, room was not clean at all, disgusting bathroom and crumbs on the nightstand

Very poor

Freezing room with a tilt!

It was a clean room, which is all that I can say! A bit small for the price.

The floor was not level at all, and the door did not close all the way due to this fact. The room was an average of about 50 degrees due to the door, not closing, and the heater was near the ceiling. This kept the warm air up rather than warming the room!

Friendly staff very accommodating. Comfortable bed.

Continental breakfast couldve been better. The breakfast sandwiches were good but I wasnt much else. The free popcorn and cookies in the afternoon evening was a nice touch.

The room was big and spacious, but couldve used a chair in there besides the one at the desk

Well, the facilities looked pretty nice from the front desk which is the furthest I've been on the property.

I did not like the staff. Reason being, I went in and they charged my card $250 for the holding fee. They then proceeded to tell me that they didn't take any money from my account and they would have to charge me again in order to stay. The only issue is $250 was indeed charged to my account. At this point I refused to be charged a second time and as a result was refused service. The $250 was posted to my account even though I did not stay and I called multiple times and still no refund has been processed. I have since filed charges with the local Police department. This happened at the 3033 N Division St location in Spokane, Washington.

Exceptional

We loved it

The staff was caring and helpful and went the extra mile. Enjoyed the cookies and popcorn and great breakfast. Loved our stay there and will definitely come again.
