Easy check-in. Smart TV with YouTube.

The washbasin was clogged, maybe cheap quality. We couldn't do the basic chores easily. The support from the hotel responded 1 minute before our checkout. The water heater kettle was oxidised and not in usable conditions. Small room size with washbasin in the room and not in the bathroom.

Very good

The location is good, close to the center. The room was exceptionally clean and the lovely staff was cleaning it everyday and changing the towels! The self checkin was easy and we had no problem with it. Delicious coffee and tea as well!

It was a bit uncomfortable that the room barely had any space/wardrobe for the clothes. There are a few shelves, but its not enough.

Acceptable, but not in the Down tow and not Deluxe...

Relatively good location, accessibility, and good air conditioning.

Check-in and check-out times, inability to leave luggage in the 'hotel'. A bit noisy, furniture from the room above, from the corridor. Strange bathroom layout; no proper bathroom, no shelves in the bathroom around the sink...

Lovely stay

Very clear instructions on accessing room and building. Felt secure with the pin code entries. Room was clean, good shower. Location really good, a nice walk in to old town. Recommend bar 808 on the corner of the street

Double bed being two singles put together, and bed made a noise on every movement. However, still slept very well!

Very clean and close to the city. I highly recommend it. Ofcourse the only bad thing generally in Vienna is parking.

Excellent value for money, close to transport, nicely furnished, new shower and bathroom very clean. Large bed and cupboard space, elevator, tea coffee kettle water supplied

Great stay in a quiet area but walking distance to central Vienna!

The check in was super easy and our room had everything we needed! The bed was comfortable and the room was really quiet. There was also daily housekeeping, a great addition that I wasn't expecting!

The pillows were pretty flat, maybe new ones soon?
