    Most of all, the owner Mrs. Pradhan is very helpful and co operarative. If in future we visit Darjeeling we will stay here

    Like nothing.
    We are senior citizen & have alloted Darjeeling Homestay by you for 2N/3D but the lady atteding us on phone put us to some hotel (without name) of her own at Batasia Loop that too on 3rd floor having steep stairs very uncomfortable for us to ride. She was knowing that we are senior citizen & having problems in stair riding. She informed me that they ( Darjeeling homestay) have two properties & she, considering our age factor & comfort, alloted the other one. On asking about the address she told that she will give direction to the driver. We didn't stay there. She refused to refund the advance amount of 1000/. We are cheated by the lady. I put it for your information and black list the homestay. Please also take some disciplinary action on that lady.

    The room experience is so bad. Request to authority plz cancel the homestay from ur end.
    The room is too short, only bed space in room. Bathroom also not clean, water drops were falling from rooftop in room. Bad smell from pillow.

    Not available looking glass at my room and common bathroom, geyser is not working. Inverter not available.

    The hosts were awesome, though the facilities needed a bit of improvement, the food provided was simply the best. The place is good. The host also arranged sight seeing around darjeeling and it was an amazing experience.
