Poor

Disabled access was poor, we were placed on third floor which was along a passage, down steps, then up a lift, then along another passage to the room. The room was excellent though.

Nice family break

Lots of things under 1 roof for the kids to do, great sea front location. Massive swimming pool.

Changing rooms need an update, the evening entertainment for the kids got a bit out of hand needs to be more staff to stop the kids cutting line/barging in.

Christmas getaway

Lovely decorations for Christmas

On arrival the check in staff weren't very informative. There was leisure/ cinema restaurant etc but they didn't discuss this. Restaurant was fully booked so we went out but early notification would have been nice
